Debbie Holloway grew up in Hendersonville, TN and moved to Knoxville 26 years ago. She is married to Dana Holloway, an attorney in Knoxville, and they live in Fox Den Subdivision. They have two grown children, both of whom are Realtors® on Debbie’s team, The Holloway Group with Gables & Gates, Realtors®.
Debbie began her Real Estate career 13 years ago, with Gables & Gates, Realtors®, and has developed a thriving business and many long lasting relationships. Over the years, Debbie’s business philosophy has been simple: Work hard, be available when your clients need you and always put the best interest of your clients first! Debbie is proud to say that most of her business is generated from either past clients or referrals from past clients and friends. Nancy Westerling (ABR/GRI) is a licensed Agent and Listing/Buyer’s Agent with the Holloway Group with Gables & Gates, Realtors®. She is the only other listing agent with the Holloway Group. Nancy and Debbie have been real estate partners for more than 7 years.
Nancy has relocated on a personal level for the past 30 years. She has first hand experience as to how it feels to be the buyer or seller in any given situation. She grew up and was raised most of her childhood overseas. This gives her a very unique understanding of many of the world’s diverse and interesting cultures.
Nancy has earned the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® Award of Excellence 2004-2012. She is also a multi-million dollar producer with Gables & Gates, Realtors® and received the Golden Key Award for the years 2005 through 2012.
Nancy and her husband, Richard, have been married for 36 years. They have 2 adult children, Mary and Rob.

Troy Stavros is a licensed Broker and PARTNER of the Holloway Group with Gables & Gates, Realtors® as well as the lead Buyer’s Agent.
In addition to serving as the lead Buyer’s Agent for the Holloway Group, Troy is the the person responsible for whipping systems and people into place, as well as the wizard behind the curtain of the Holloway Group website. With an unquenchable love for creativity and technology, Troy makes sure our clients’ homes look spectacular online as well as keeping technology at the fingertips of our agents and clients. Troy is the voice behind the Holloway Group Social Media channels. The combination of shared values and the importance of high quality client services led Troy to partner with Debbie Holloway to create the Holloway Group.

Troy’s experiences include years as a real estate investor and Internet entrepreneur. In his free time you would typically find Troy enjoying time with his family (wife Angila, and children Allie, & Remi), singing in the choir at First Baptist Concord, enjoying a round of golf in Fox Den where they live, or partaking in his love of photography and video.
Heather Hall is a licensed Agent and Buyer Specialist with the Holloway Group at Gables & Gates, Realtors®.
She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in May of 2007. Heather is Debbie’s daughter and feels that real estate is a natural fit for her after watching her Mother’s commitment to the business for more than 11 years. Heather believes that buying a home is one of the biggest purchases a person may make in their life and is thrilled that she gets to be a part of it. Heather enjoys assisting in their home buying journey because everyone’s story and lifestyle is different. She knows that there is more to what someone wants in a home than four walls and roof.
